Mrs Hinch fans laud hassle-free method that melts grime on shower heads

To get in between the small holes of the shower head, one user had the ingenious idea of using interdental brushes, while others suggested using toothpicks instead.

“Everyone is right, soak the head in vinegar after a little while using a tooth to clean out the holes in the head, still soak after that just for a little longer,” said one person.

To prevent grime from building up after the shower head has been cleaned, experts at Plumbworld advise rinsing your shower down after every use.
