When it comes to cleaning, it is worth investing in products that will last long, get the job done effectively and make the process enjoyable and stress-free. Now savvy shoppers can do just that with the Shark Classic Upright Cleaning Bundle as the brand cuts hundreds of pounds off the price.
Now £254.99 down from £439.98 on their website, it gives shoppers the option of not only one cleaning gadget, but two. Buyers will get the Shark Anti Hair Wrap Upright Vacuum Cleaner with Powered Lift-Away and TruePet as part of the bundle, with a discount of £184.
According to Shark, it can easily clean carpets and hard floors, stairs, and under furniture, so no areas will be missed out. The DuoClean floorhead comes enhanced with Anti Hair Wrap Technology, meaning the brush roll is kept free of tangles.
The vacuum is ideal for pet owners due to its dedicated pet tool and anti-hair wrap technology which can separate and remove hair as customers clean. Due to the lift-away feature, the vacuum can easily become portable when users detach the canister from the wand, which helps clean stairs and furniture on the move.
Also included in the deal is the Shark Klik n’ Flip Automatic Steam Mop which has three automatic steam settings, allowing buyers to have control over how they clean. According to Shark, this steam mop cleans and sanitises 99.9% of common household bacteria so they don’t have to worry about any dirt or debris hanging around.
The mop can be used for all types of sealing hard floors including tile, hardwood, stone and marble. It also has a steam blaster feature that is said to be able to tackle stubborn areas with a direct blast of steam straight from the nozzle.
For some alternatives, buyers could try the Vax Glide 2 Wet & Dry Hard Floor Vacuum Cleaner for £350 from Argos, which is suitable for hard floors and, according to Argos, can wash, extract, and dry in one simple step, killing 99.9% of bacteria as it goes.
Another is the Russell Hobbs Athena2 Upright Vacuum for £64.99 from Wayfair which is compact, lightweight and easy to move around. It also features a two litre dust capacity to capture anything lying around homes and according to the website is their most energy-efficient motor yet.
The Shark Bundle has been rated a high 4.6 out of 5-star rating from over 5000 reviews on their site. One person wrote: “Perfect hoover, light weight but sturdy!
“I vacuumed after I had used my old model, and the amount of dirt that still came up was significant. The vacuum is easy to use around the house, including small places and hard-to-reach places.”
A second reviewer said: “This is definitely worth every single penny. I’ve tried multiple ones before, and none were up to my high standards. The heads are ideal for any place, very strong vacuum and easy to use.”
While another said: “I bought this for my mother-in-law and she says it’s very good. I bought this due to me having a Shark model already and it being very reliable and practical.”
Not everyone agreed. For example, one person said: “Great but doesn’t last forever.” Another said as part of their longer review: “It is heavier than the stick vervison but if that is not a consideration for you I would recommend giving it a try.”
